Settling down by the fire on night two of my first multi-day paddling trip. Most of our days on the river were actually spent lining our boats through shallow waters, clambering over obstacles and portaging around sections that had seemingly endless downed trees along it. A character building exercise on one front and a humbling trip on the other. A great experience was had and many lessons learnt.
